A 65 m² loft on the second floor of an Austro-Hungarian-era building, fully renovated in 2024. High ceilings, original parquet floors, and large windows looking onto Karađorđeva Street and the Belgrade Waterfront.
The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a king bed, a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps four total), a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. AC, fast Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV are standard. A private parking space in the building courtyard is included.

Things to do nearby
Kalemegdan fortress and the Military Museum are ten minutes uphill. The Belgrade Waterfront and Sava promenade begin right outside the building — perfect for a morning run or riverside stroll. Knez Mihailova, the main pedestrian street, is twelve minutes away.
Savamala's nightlife is legendary: clubs 20/44 and Drugstore on the Sava run until dawn, while the bars of Beton Hala offer one of the best skyline views in the city. For daytime, the Cetinjska Street courtyard around Mikser House is a must-visit.
Food & dining
Savamala is the epicentre of Belgrade's new dining scene. Within five minutes on foot you have Iguana, Ambar, and Manufaktura — all serving modern takes on Serbian cuisine. Skadarlija and its classics like Tri Šešira and Dva Jelena are a 15-minute walk away. For something traditional, the ćevapi at Walter in Belgrade Waterfront rank among the best in town.
For breakfast, Trpković bakery just around the corner serves a burek that deserves to be a protected cultural asset. The komplet lepinja with kajmak at Doručak za Šampione in Vračar is a must.

Loved the neighbourhood
Great spot for a long weekend. Loft has character, the host left local cheese and bread on arrival, and you can walk to the river in five minutes. Coffee shops on every corner.

Sjajno za vikend u Beogradu
Lokacija je odlična, sve što treba za istraživanje grada na dohvat ruke. Kuhinja je opremljena, klima radi besprekorno. Mali minus je buka iz okolnih kafića vikendom, ali to je deo Savamale.

Stylish and central
Bellissimo loft. Ottimo per esplorare il centro a piedi. Il quartiere Savamala è vivace la sera, ma l'appartamento è silenzioso grazie alle finestre nuove. Stefan è stato gentilissimo.

Perfect Belgrade base
Walking distance to Kalemegdan and Skadarlija. Stefan met us with rakija and tips. The loft is bright, the bed is great, and Savamala at night is buzzing with bars. Already planning a return.
