A 32 m² studio in a central building, ideal for a couple or solo traveller. Renovated in 2023, with a modern kitchenette, AC, and fast Wi-Fi.
King bed, small work desk, shower bathroom, and a tiny street-facing balcony. Everything is set up functionally — no extras, but everything you need for a comfortable stay. A bakery and mini-market are within fifty metres.

Things to do nearby
Niš Fortress is five minutes on foot, with the Stambol Gate and mosques inside the walls. Kazandžijsko Sokače — a beautiful old craftsmen's lane lined with terraces — starts next to the fortress. The Skull Tower (Ćele Kula) is a 15-minute drive, a sobering memorial to the 1809 uprising.
Mediana — the late-Roman imperial complex linked to Emperor Constantine (born in Niš) — is 4 km from the centre. For a natural break, Niška Banja spa and the Jelašnica gorge are a 30-minute drive away.
Food & dining
Niš is the city of ćevapi, and the best place to try them is Kazandžijsko Sokače — Hamam, Stara Srbija, or Sinđelić, all with 20+ years of tradition. The meat burek at Branković bakery is a breakfast must. Restaurant Galija (5 min walk) offers modern Serbian cooking in a pleasant courtyard.
For coffee, Cafe Coff Soundbar and Mr. Pink serve quality specialty espresso. For evening drinks, Tinkers Bar and City Pub on the pedestrian street pour solid local and craft beers.

Odličan za poslovni boravak
Bila sam tri noći zbog posla, sve je bilo besprekorno. Wifi brz, krevet udoban, mir tokom noći iako je centar. Bojan je preporučio kafanu Galija — vredelo je.

Affordable and central
Tight on space but well-located. Great launching point for Niš sights — the fortress, Mediana, Skull Tower. Host was responsive. Bring slippers — floors are cold in winter.

Praktično i dobro opremljeno
Mali studio, ali sve što treba je tu. Tvrđava i Kazandžijsko sokače na pet minuta. Klima radi savršeno, a u blizini je odlična pekara koja radi non-stop.

Bonne base pour le sud
Studio simple mais confortable, en plein centre. La forteresse est à dix minutes à pied et les ćevabdžinice sont juste au bout de la rue. Bojan répond très vite.
