A warm 42 m² studio in a late-19th-century building in central Novi Sad. The 2023 renovation preserved original details — double doors, stucco ceiling — while adding fully modern equipment.
A king bed, small workspace, kitchen island fully kitted out, contemporary bathroom, and AC. The space suits a couple or business traveller; quiet inner-courtyard windows ensure restful nights. Dunavska Street and Trg Slobode are around the corner.

Things to do nearby
The Old Town, Trg Slobode, Cathedral, and Dunavski Park are all within ten minutes. Petrovaradin Fortress is across the Varadin Bridge — perfect at sunset. The Museum of Vojvodina and Matica Srpska Gallery are essential for history and art lovers.
Day trips: Sremski Karlovci with its baroque cathedral and bermet wine, Fruška Gora monasteries (Krušedol, Hopovo, Novo Hopovo), or Vojvodinian salaši (farmsteads) in Čenej or Begeč. In summer: swimming at Štrand, Beočin beach, or EXIT festival in July.
Food & dining
Novi Sad is the gastronomic capital of Vojvodina. In the Old Town, try Project 72 for modern Vojvodinian cooking, Lipa kafana for classic sarma and prebranac, or Fish & Zelenish for fish paprikaš. Sremska sausage and fiš čorba at Aqua Doria on the Danube bank are classics.
The wines of Sremski Karlovci (15 km) are essential — Kovačević, Mačkov Podrum and Vinarija Kiš all offer tastings. Petrovaradin Fortress has several good restaurants with city views — Terasa kod Lipe is our pick.

Odličan smještaj
Lijepa, čista i moderna garsonjera. Lokacija je top, sve gradske atrakcije su pješice. Marija odgovara brzo na poruke. Doručkovali smo u kafiću dolje — preporuka.

Solid choice for Vojvodina
Comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. We used it as a base for day trips to Sremski Karlovci wineries and Fruška Gora monasteries. Parking nearby was a bit tricky.

Stara varoš na dlanu
Stan je tačno onakav kakav izgleda na slikama. Dunavska ulica i Trg slobode su odmah iza ćoška. Marija je bila gostoprimljiva, ostavila je domaću pekmez i čaj. Toplo preporučujem.
